By using the Qore Card platform, you agree to the following terms:
- Service Description. Qore Card provides a crypto-funded Visa card that lets you spend your cryptocurrency anywhere Visa is accepted, including via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Wallet Connection. By connecting your wallet, you authorize a read-only connection used to verify your balance and enable card funding. No transactions are initiated without your confirmation, and your private keys are never accessed or stored.
- Card Funding. The card is funded with Tether USDT (TRC-20). Top-ups are subject to a 1% fee; card issuance is a one-time $10 fee with no monthly maintenance cost.
- Data Processing. Wallet addresses and on-chain data are processed solely to provide and secure the card service and are not sold to third parties.
- Compliance. Spending up to $15,000 per month requires no KYC. Above this limit, identity verification may be required to continue using the card.
- No Financial Advice. Information provided is for general purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
- Liability. Qore Card is not liable for losses arising from incorrect wallet details, network fees, or third-party merchant issues.
- Availability. The service operates in Beta and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.
